I began my career in design. I know the pace, the pressure, and the detail it takes to run a studio with a full slate of projects, a team to lead, and the unrelenting demands of both.   • The Atelier is a focused, high-impact consulting engagement designed to solve a specific challenge in your business with clarity and precision.

    It begins with a guided discovery process—a deep-dive questionnaire that surfaces the key areas that need attention. This ensures our time together is fully dedicated to solutions.

    We meet for two 60-minute strategy sessions over the course of four weeks, with support in between to ensure changes are implemented effectively. Depending on the focus, this may include an additional call, structured resources, or operational setup.

    Each engagement is tailored to your needs, whether that means refining team structure, optimizing project workflows, strengthening pricing strategies, or troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.

    Afterward, you’ll have one week of email access for any lingering questions, plus a final check-in to ensure everything is moving forward smoothly.
